#### Registration/Login/Password Recovery
When you register an account, we will collect your phone number, verification code, and password to help you complete the relevant registration information and conduct the real-name authentication required by the country. The above information is also used for subsequent login.
When you apply for password recovery, we will collect the phone number and SMS verification code you used when registering your account to verify your identity.
#### Dialogue and Answer Function
When you successfully enable our "Dialogue and Q&A" service, you can interact with us through the dialogue box.
We will analyze and calculate the text information you input to provide suitable output content based on the context. At the same time, based on your likes, reports, and re-entries, we will improve our service quality.
We strongly suggest and request that you do not input personal information about yourself or others during the use of our services, as non-registration type personal information is not essential for us and does not form the basis of our services. If it is necessary to input such information, please ensure you have obtained legal authorization from others. We will collect the information you input and the related feedback for model training to improve our service effectiveness, following national laws and regulations regarding security encryption and de-identification of personal information to avoid safety threats. Rest assured, we will not link your dialogues with your registered personal information or establish any association, and we will enhance our service filter mechanism to filter, delete, and not retain dialogues that likely contain personal sensitive information.
If you inadvertently provide personal information and are worried about security risks, you can contact us through our contact channels. We will conduct inspections, deletions, and desensitization on the server side. However, the costs involved (such as labor costs) may be allocated fairly and reasonably, but we claim the right to exemption if losses are caused due to natural technical defects.
We and the Umeng third-party SDK will collect your usage duration, device information, and related usage information to provide better service experiences.
### Internal Test Content Application
When you apply for internal test content, we will collect your gender, education, age, and occupation as your internal test file to provide better services. Refusal will not affect your normal use of other DeepPro.AI services.
### Voice Cloning
To provide voice cloning services, we need to collect and save your voice print information and obtain permission to use your recording device. This process is critical to ensuring the quality and accuracy of the service. Please understand that if you choose not to grant these permissions, you will not be able to use the voice cloning function.
We understand that voice print information is your personal sensitive information, and we solemnly promise that the collected voice print information will only be used to provide voice cloning services and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third party.
Your privacy and information security are of utmost importance to us. If at any time you decide to withdraw the previously authorized permission, you can simply use the delete function we provide. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will execute it immediately and ensure your voice print information is thoroughly deleted.

### Necessary Functions for Ensuring Service Security
To ensure the stability and security of the system when you use our software, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, more accurately prevent fraud, and protect account security, we need to collect your device information (including device name, brand, model, manufacturer, MAC address, device identifier (IMEI/MEID/AndroidID/OpenUDID/IMSI/IDFA/OAID and other comprehensive device parameter identifiers), device MD5 value (MD5 value encrypted based on device MAC address), operating system version, operating system language, resolution, service provider network ID, network location information (obtained through IP address, operator information, base station information, nearby WiFi, and connected WiFi for approximate geographical location information collected up to the national/provincial/city level), and login information (phone number, SMS verification code) to assess your account risk. We may also record some links ("URL") that we believe are risky. We also collect your device information for system issue analysis, traffic statistics, and problem investigation when you choose to send us abnormal information. If you do not provide the above information, we cannot protect your service and account security during your use of our services.
### Situations Where You Authorize Us to Use Device Permissions When Using DeepPro.AI Software Functions
In the process of using the software, your browser (not us) may request that you authorize access to network information, upload files, and other permissions to achieve interactive functions.
In the above situations where we may need to request device permissions, we will prompt you separately whether to enable it the first time. Please note that by enabling these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. Closing permissions cancels the authorization, and we will no longer collect this personal information and cannot provide the corresponding functions. 1. After de-identifying personal information through technical means, de-identified information cannot identify subjects. In this case, you agree that we have the right to use de-identified information. We have the right to analyze and commercially utilize user databases without disclosing your personal information.
2. We will statistically analyze the usage of our software and may share these statistics with the public or third parties to show the overall usage trends of our software. These statistics do not include any identifying information about you.
3. When displaying your personal information, we will anonymize your information using methods such as content replacement and anonymization, to protect your information security.
4. When we use your personal information for purposes not described in this policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance. Please understand that our software will continually update and change. If you choose to use other functions that are not listed in this privacy policy, we will describe the purpose, method, and scope of information collection in detail through business agreements, page prompts, and obtain your explicit consent before collecting your personal information. If you do not agree to provide the above information, you may not be able to use that service, but it will not affect your use of other services.

2. We may share your personal information with our affiliates, but only necessary personal information and under the constraints of this privacy policy. Affiliates will seek your authorization again if they change the processing purpose of personal information.
